We are a family-run business and
we pride ourselves on our service. We answer letters and phone calls in the order
received and during busy times, our usual response time is generally under 48 hours or 2
business days Monday through Friday. We always try for a 1 business day
response. For auction wins, we do our best to respond within one business day,
Monday through Friday. You may also call us at 408-435-5018. As we work odd
hours, if we're not available, please leave a message on our voicemail and we will be
