Our Shopping Cart System online offers you the opportunity for easy VISA / Mastercard / Discover / American Express Purchases through PayPal

(Please note that the shopping cart system calculates S/H based on UPS Grd/Ins S/H in continental USA. If you will be shipping via the United States Postal Service either inside or outside of the USA or will be using expedited shipping methods, shipping rates will be different and we will send an invoice for the difference. )

We both do our best to respond within 1 business day, Monday through Friday.  During very busy times of the year, please allow up to 2 business days for a response. We do often work on weekends but our general business days are Monday through Friday.

For payment we accept money orders and checks. Personal and business checks are subject to a 7 business day hold, however if we've done business successfully with you in the past, we may waive part of this hold or all of this hold at our discretion.  We also accept electronic checks and credit card payment through PayPal.   PayPal accepts Visa/MC/AmEx/Discover. If you prefer to call in your credit card information, you may do so at (360) 852-8368 or email us with your phone number and we'll be happy to call you back.

Generally orders are shipped Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays except during certain times of the year when we may be out of town or closed for a holiday.  During the busy holiday season, we will often add additional shipping days. We do our best to ship all orders the first business shipping day after payment clearance, however during especially busy times, please allow up to 3 business days for shipment.

** FREE SHIPPING offer is for UPS Ground / Insured delivery within the continental USA and is applicable to all website orders of Showstoppers Dolls, Bears & Collectibles. (street addresses only for UPS).  In order to qualify for Free S/H, your order must be $75 or greater and $75   or more worth of merchandise must ship at one time.  You may combine Show Stoppers orders with other purchases from our website in order to meet the $75 threshold. If you wish to ship UPS 2 or 3 day Select, USPS Priority/Insured or Rush Delivery or you live outside the continental USA, we will pay a partial shipping credit equivalent to what it would cost to send UPS from CA. Please inquire for rates.

Please verify via email that your order is in stock before mailing payment..
