We are a family-owned "Mom & Dad" business and look forward to earning your short-term and long-term loyalty.  We realize you have a choice when making your purchases and we appreciate you considering Count Your Beans as a primary or back-up source for Marie Osmond dolls and collectibles. 

If you are ready to place your order or you have specific questions not answered here, please email John at  countyourbeans@aol.com or call (360) 852-8368 or fax 208-248-5353.  If you have a question about an auction order at eBay or another auction site, please email Karen at cntyrbeans@aol.com. We both do our best to respond within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. We often work very late and odd hours so if you try calling and we aren't available, please leave a message with the best time of day/evening to reach you and we will do our best to get back to you within 1 business day. During very busy times of the year, please allow up to 2 business days for a response. We do often work on weekends but our general business days are Monday through Friday.

PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE METHODS

For payment we accept mailed payments of money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks. Personal and business checks are subject to a 7 business day hold, however if we've done business successfully with you in the past, we may waive part of this hold or all of this hold at our discretion.  We also accept electronic checks and credit card payment through PayPal.  PayPal accepts Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Discover. Our email address for electronic payment is countyourbeans@aol.com or cntyrbeans@aol.com for PayPal. If you wish to phone in your credit card information instead, we have the ability to process your order this way as well.  Please call (360) 852-8368 and ask for John or Karen or email us at countyourbeans@aol.com with your phone number and we will call you to process your phone order.

** If mailing a payment, please make your check or money order payable to "Count Your Beans" and mail to: Count Your Beans, Marie Osmond Website Order, P.O. Box 87043, Vancouver, WA  98687 USA. Please make sure before mailing payment that we are aware of your order so that we may set your items aside for you and take them out of inventory.   If you have worked with us via email, you may wish to put attn: John or Karen Krejcha. We will send email with a UPS tracking # after your payment arrives and your package is ready to ship.  Thank you for your business!

PRE-ORDERS

If an item is not in stock at the present time, we are happy to take a pre-order or special reservation for your doll.  All we require is a $5 deposit per tiny tot or doll under $50 and a $10 deposit per doll over $50. Please note that deposits are transferrable to another item or refundable should you change your mind after placing an order, however if your order is between $15 and $99 and you cancel completely with no replacement website purchases, we do assess a $5 administrative fee. If it is above $100 and you cancel completely with no transferred website order, we do assess a $10 administrative fee.   If it is over $200 and you cancel your layaway completely with no replacement website purchases, the administrative fee is $20.  (We hate to have to do this but due to the number of people ordering many dolls and then cancelling, we believe this is a fair policy.)

LAYAWAY

We are happy to offer a flexible layaway program.   At this time, we tailor our program to each individual.  Generally speaking most layaways are for orders over $100 or greater and our maximum layaway is usually 90 days from date of a doll's arrival into our shop. If you have a smaller layaway or an significantly larger layaway or have special circumstances, please inquire for details. Please note that layaway payments are transferrable to another item or refundable should you change your mind after placing an order, however if your order is between $15 and $99 and you cancel completely with no replacement website purchases, we do assess a $5 administrative fee. If it is between $100 and $200 and you cancel your layaway completely with no website order, we do assess a $10 administrative fee.  If it is over $200 and you cancel your layaway completely with no replacement website purchases, the administrative fee is $20.  (We hate to have to do this but due to the number of people ordering many dolls and then cancelling, we believe this is a fair policy.)

RETURNS

Damaged Merchandise: We do our best to package your items carefully, however if breakage or damage occurs, we do insure your package.  Please note that if merchandise arrives damaged in transit, an insurance claim must be filed in order to receive a replacement or refund and all original packaging material must be kept in order to make sure the claim is valid.   If shipment was made through UPS (most domestic shipments), we will file the claim on your behalf upon notification from you but if shipment was made through USPS, the post office will most likely require you to file the claim at your local post office.  If your order was shipped via UPS, the United Parcel Service requests that you hold your merchandise and packaging material up to 10 business days after the filing of the claim as they may need to come out and visually inspect the damage or pick up the merchandise and original packaging.

Please do NOT return merchandise damaged in transit to Count Your Beans or it will invalidate your insurance claim with the carrier and we will not be able to reimburse you for the damage.  All damage claims must be reported to countyourbeans@aol.com within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise.

Defective Merchandise: Please note that if merchandise or a merchandise accessory arrives with a manufacturer defect and the damage did not occur in transit, we will work with you to replace your defective item, issue a credit or refund your purchase price including shipping. We must know about the problem within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please email countyourbeans@aol.com.

Merchandise you have changed your mind about:  We hope that you are pleased with your purchase but should you receive your item and decide it's not for you, we will accept a return if you notify us at countyourbeans@aol.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please explain why you are unhappy and ask for an RMA number that you can write on the outside of your shipping box.  Please note that if you return an item to Count Your Beans without an RMA number or approval, this will delay and potentially invalidate your refund / return.

If your item is still in the box in mint shape, never removed, we will issue a cash refund or store credit minus actual shipping costs if we paid to ship your order to you. You are responsible for return insured shipping to us. If your item has been removed from the box but is still mint, we will issue store credit for the amount of the purchase minus actual shipping costs if we paid to ship your order to you.   If your item is no longer in mint condition or you have had your item for longer than 7 days, we unfortunately cannot accept a return.  Order returns over $100 where another item of equal value is not purchased within 7 days of the return will also be assessed a 15% restocking fee.  (As we do our best to keep our overhead low so that we can offer you great pricing and a wide variety of products, we hope you'll understand.)

SHIPPING DATES / RATES

We offer FREE UPS Ground/Insured Shipping/Handling in the continental USA on all website orders of $50 or greater.  In order to qualify for Free S/H, your order must be $50 or greater and $50 or more worth of merchandise must ship at one time.  You may combine Marie Osmond Doll orders with other purchases from our website in order to meet the $50 threshold. If you wish to ship UPS 2 or 3 day Select, USPS Priority/Insured or Rush Delivery or you live outside the continental USA, we will pay a partial shipping credit equivalent to what it would cost to send UPS from CA. Please inquire for rates.

If your order is less than $50, your shipping rate will be based on the weight of the package and the distance it is traveling.  We generally charge a flat delivery rate of $8.50 in the USA for single tiny tots, however delivery to areas that UPS classifies as rural / remote may be slightly more expensive.

Generally orders are shipped Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays except during certain times of the year when we may be out of town or closed for a holiday.  During the busy holiday season, we will often add additional shipping days to help expedite orders. If your order is in stock, we do our best to ship all orders the first business shipping day after payment clearance, however during especially busy times, please allow up to 3 business days for shipment. If your order is a rush delivery, please let us know at the time of payment so that we may do our best to accommdate you.
