** Descriptions for the Marie Osmond Retail Exclusive Launch dolls added 1/29 have now been updated. See our new blog posting!

We have also just added pictures and descriptions for 4 new Marie Osmond dolls to the Count Your Beans website. We also added an official picture for Harmony Let Me Call You Sweetheart Toddler. All of these dolls should be shown on Marie's March 29th, 2010 show but retailers have been told by Charisma to expect arrival of our supply in early to mid April.

There are also 5 other dolls (4 large and 1 tiny tot) that we know of that should be on Marie's March 29th QVC Doll show. We will ALSO be able to offer these through Count Your Beans, however because they are considered by Charisma and QVC to be QVC Exclusive Launches or 4 Week Hold Dolls, we will not have pictures or descriptions available to you for pre-ordering until Monday, March 29th. ** Our family would like to express our condolences to Marie Osmond & Brian Blosil for the recent loss of their son, Michael Bryan aka Michael Blosil. Our prayers and thoughts are with Michael and the entire extended family. Love & Blessings, Karen, John, Justin and Ryan

** Good news! We received an email update from Charisma today! The professional images and descriptions will be available to retailers from Charisma on Monday, March 1st for the Marie Osmond dolls that will be shown on the March 29th QVC show. The exceptions are the dolls Charisma & QVC have chosen as 4 week holds as well as exclusive launch dolls. The "hold" and "exclusive launch" doll images and descriptions will be availalbe on March 29th, the day of Marie's show on QVC.

** According to Charisma, the retailers supply of March dolls (both QVC show dolls and Retail Exclusive launch dolls) is running a little behind schedule due to Chinese New Year. As such, product is expected at this point to arrive to Charisma around the first week of April and Charisma will ship out to retailers as soon as possible afterwards.

** We WILL be getting in a small supply of Darlene A Sprinkle of Sunshine, the Toy Fair Exclusive Marie Osmond doll limited to 150 pieces worldwide. This doll is expected to ship out to us in early March and we are currently accepting pre-orders on our website. (Those who contacted us for pre-order prior to today have been written down on our list and will be emailed sometime in the next 48 hours.)

*** Charisma Brands is currently attending Toy Fair. Although John and I won't be in attendance, we will post any scoop that we have via Twitter or on our blog!

** I recently added Harmony Let Me Call You Sweetheart to our website for pre-order! This doll sculpted by Karen Scott just won a DOTY / Doll Of The Year Award over the weekend at IDEX! The reason we didn't have this doll up on our website earlier is that she was one of the hush hush dolls being shown on QVC at the end of March that we weren't allowed to share about until Charisma Brands released official permission / information. Since Peggy Vicioso at Charisma tweeted a picture of this doll over the weekend and shared Charisma's DOTY win, we figured it was safe to assume we could now add her to our site. Official pictures and descriptions are not yet set to be released until the beginning of March but I included the information I knew plus a link to Peggy's Twit Pic.

** We have confirmed with Tracy at Charisma that Marie Osmond will be having a doll show on QVC on March 29th. There will be dolls on the show that are available to Count Your Beans and other retailers to resell and we're excited about this news!

The majority of my future updates will be on the new Count Your Beans Dolls & Bears blog! We are planning to post a minimum of 3 times a week, so be sure to bookmark us as we will be offering coupons, specials and free Bonus Beans for readers! ** We read in a posting on the MDF Forum that Peggy Vicioso told a doll friend that Marie will be having a show on QVC on March 29th. We haven't officially received this scoop ourselves, so we sent off an email to our rep to confirm the details. We also queried as to the ETA status for the Marie Rock This Town Fashion doll as we were told last year she should be arriving sometime this month.

** Just in case you haven't been to our blog yet, Charisma Brands will be showing new dolls at IDEX in late January and at Toy Fair in mid-February. They will be debuting new Adora, Inc. dolls for 2010. I'm not sure if that means they will be showing new Marie Osmond dolls as well, but I would guess that is the case. As John and I will not be able to make the cross-country trip for either show due to our boys' schedule, we are hoping that we'll get a chance to pre-order Marie Osmond, Kewpie and Adora dolls and other Charisma Brands product line dolls in advance. We'll blog about it when we have details!

Happy New Year! Let's make this a great one! Count Your Beans is excited about some new changes we'll be making in the next year. The first is our new blog. This is a work in progress but we plan for it to replace this news page by the end of the month.

We are technically still closed until Monday, however I will be updating the site over the weekend and John and I will both be answering emails. We have about 200 items currently up at eBay and are offering some great new Winter Specials!

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays & Cheer! Thank you for your support in 2009! We do have many end of the year specials going on now with tremendous savings on dolls and gifts in all categories throughout our website. Our next two shipping days are Monday, December 28th and Monday, January 4th. As we are currently closed for the holidays, any emails coming in while we are closed will be answered around the 28th or 4th respectively.

** As of today, we have no new word about new Marie Osmond dolls for 2010. Usually at this point we would have ordered for first quarter deliveries and no dolls have been presented to retailers for pre-order as of 12/23. Charisma Brands is closed from 12/23 - 1/4/10 so we don't anticipate any new news from them until January 2010. We received an email today referencing a survey Charisma is conducting trying to plan dolls for Marie's next anniversary show on QVC. As Marie's Anniversary shows on QVC fall each year in August, we do not know if this means that she will not be at QVC until then but we have sent an email to our rep at Charisma to ask.

Naturally we are hoping to be able to provide doll friends with Retail Exclusive Marie Osmond dolls during the first quarter and first half of 2010 and as we hear more news, we will be delighted to share it with you.

*** Peggy Vicioso at Charisma Brands posted on the Marie Osmond Doll Friends Forum about a week ago saying that Marie Osmond would not have any new doll shows on QVC in the first quarter of 2010. The post was very brief and we expect some sort of follow-up announcement soon.

As there wasn't an April show in 2009, we're not sure whether Marie won't be back on QVC with her dolls until June or if Charisma is currently negotiating with QVC for another time / date / slot prior to that time. It seems from what we can intrepret that all of that information is up in the air and subject to change at QVC and Charisma's discretion. We are hoping of course to see Marie on QVC earlier, however if she is not there, we hope to hear that she will still keep in touch with doll friends by creating and sharing videos of her new dolls through the Charisma website and through retailer websites. We have made this suggestion to Marie, Peggy & Charisma and look forward to hearing their response. :-)

For now, we are planning that there will be no first quarter show, HOWEVER, we do know that Charisma Brands WILL be offering some exciting new Marie Osmond Retail Exclusive dolls for the first quarter of 2010 and we look forward to hearing more about these soon so that we can share the news with you! The Marie Grand Finale Fashion doll is now in stock at Count Your Beans! We have sent emails and invoices to everyone who have pre-ordered her and we're happy to say we still have extras available! She comes in a fashionable window display box and includes a plastic stand. We measured her at 16" standing + 1" if you include the height of the stand. Her earrings in final production are double gold hoops and she has bracelets on both wrists. A pink envelope with a Certificate of Authenticity is included. The doll is part of an open edition and although she is not hand-numbered, she is hallmarked on the back of the neck with Marie's facsimile signature.

*** Updated info: Karen Scott has hand-signed the COAs for the Marie Osmond Harmony What Child Is This Toddler doll. Please note that there is not a bow in the back of this doll in final production. *** Updated info: Marie Osmond mentioned on QVC and tweeted through Twitter that she had hand-signed all 600 Chloe dolls, however in checking our Chloe dolls today, they were not hand-signed. We believe she was confused and only hand-signed the dolls that were physically at QVC.

*** Updated info: The Rose Marie Holiday Tiny Tot & Katie Sue Happy Holidays Tiny Tot are both retail exclusives and we were told back in September in email and by phone that Charisma was producing a limited edition of 300 of each. When we checked the COAs today, there was no edition size indicated, just open numbering. We still believe at this point that Charisma only produced 300, however we wanted customers to know about the open numbering change just in case that was important.

We have a few extra Rosemary Bru, Soyala & Baby Abigail Blessing Day Tiny Tot dolls coming to us in a separate shipment (we have the tracking #!!!) and the dolls are in transit due to arrive around Monday, November 2nd. *** Marie was on QVC today at 11:00 a.m. PST with her daughter, Rachael and Mary Beth Roe. Lots of sell outs including Abigail Blessing Day Tiny Tot (we're almost sold out), Harmony What Child Is This Toddler, Soyala (we're almost sold out) and Baby Tina. We did not see Mimi presented but she is supposed to be in transit so we'll try and find out more about her.

*** If you watched the 1:00 a.m. PST clearance show, there were some amazing prices, many below retailer cost. We care about our collectors and regarding price-matching for these particular 1:00 a.m. dolls, we are happy to say we will accommodate a temporary price match, however we have a few restrictions.

For clearance QVC dolls, we will match the total QVC price of the doll shown (QVC price + QVC shipping) upon request for as long as QVC has the doll available in stock on their website and as long as we have physical stock. Because some of the prices are below our cost, we can only offer the match on dolls we physically have in stock. (In other words, we cannot afford to re-order dolls that cost more for us to re-order than for us to price match. Hope that makes sense!) We also cannot offer layaway on these QVC clearance prices. If interested, just email us and we'll be happy to send you an invoice for the total price. Thanks!

*** Marie and Charisma Brands have opened up the Marie Osmond fashion doll, Rock This Town to retailers in January 2010 and she is now available for pre-order. This doll was an exclusive 2009 launch for attendees of Marie's Rock This Town 50th Birthday Bash in October and is so popular that she will be available to the general public as well. The differences between the doll that the attendees received and the ones available to retail are that the ones at the celebration were hand-signed and came with an autographed picture of Marie. There was also a small envelope with a piece of paper that had a lipstick kiss imprint on it. Otherwise to the best of our knowledge (details subject to change at Charisma's discretion), the doll will be the same and will include a doll stand, doll box and Marie in a replica outfit of the Rock This Town fashion she wears in her Vegas show with Donny. The price will be $50.00 which may be an introductory price celebrating Marie's 50th. (It's been rumored that future Marie Fashion dolls may have higher pricing.)

*** Mikayla Toddler is now in stock at Count Your Beans! She is a Retail Exclusive limited to just 150 pieces worldwide. Only 100 were available to retailers in the USA, the other 50 debuted on The Shopping Channel in Canada in August. The pricing on this 12" seated toddler has been reduced from an original quote of $149.95 to $129.95. She has porcelain from her feet to above her knees and porcelain from her hands to above her elbows in addition to an articulated head. In final production the shoes were changed to golden. *** Adora Spell Belle has been delayed in return from QVC to Charisma. Originally anticipated in September, she was just shipped back this week and Charisma expects her in next Tuesday or Wednesday. They will try and do a same day turnaround to retailers and we expect our supply around 10/26 or 10/27. We will ship our supply out same day. (Those who pre-ordered have been contacted.) We are almost sold out and as Charisma is oversold, we will not be able to get additional dolls.

*** We are still awaiting ETAs on some of the other Retail Exclusive dolls due in late October: Adora Belle Holiday 2009, Katie Sue Happy Holiday Tiny Tot & Rose Marie Holiday Tiny Tot. *** Baby Jessica Toddler and Baby Olive Marie Heirloom just arrived into stock and all those who have pre-ordered have been contacted. It turns out that Baby Jessica is smaller than we were initially told. The Fall Catalog shows her at 12" seated but she's really closer to 10" seated and about 16" - 17" from head to toe. Baby Olive Marie Heirloom which we were told would be about 10" seated is actually closer to 12" seated and about 19" from head to toe. We have updated our website accordingly as we just found out about these changes after the dolls arrived!

Baby Jessica Picture Day and Baby Olive Marie are 4 week first exclusives with QVC and should start shipping out to retailers around September 21st for a late September arrival.

*** We will be adding Rose Marie Holiday Tiny Tot to our website ready to pre-order by the end of the evening. Her price will be $49.95 and we've been told that she will be a Retail Exclusive. Pre-Order her together to ship with Katie Sue Happy Holidays Tiny Tot and get free S/H on both! We expect both to ship out to us between the middle to end of October.

*** There is a sporadic glitch that is happening with the PayPal shopping cart system (not just ours but throughout the web). What is happening on a seemingly random basis is that customers are placing orders but the orders are not getting through to sellers. A receipt is sent to the customer with a transaction date of 12/31/69 and a transaction ID # of 0. No money is being removed from the customer's account, however the order is not being processed either so the seller will not know an order is placed unless a buyer brings it to that seller's attention. We have had about 3 reports of this that we can pinpoint. Apparently this has been happening since June and PayPal is currently working on it per a post on the PayPal Developer's Forum on 8/21/09. We apologize if you have been adversely impacted. What you can do is check your PayPal shopping cart receipt after you make a purchase. If it shows a 12/31/69 date, please contact PayPal and Count Your Beans to make us aware. You can then either try to resubmit your order or contact us at countyourbeans@aol.com or cntyrbeans@aol.com and we can send an invoice directly to you.

Please note that the official descriptions that we downloaded from Charisma's website for retailers differ slightly in a few areas concerning edition size and doll heights for a few of Marie's new toddler dolls. We will be doing our best to clarify heights and edition sizes on Monday, August 17th. As always, information posted by Charisma up until shipping and showtime is subject to change at their discretion, however they and we are doing our best to give you the most up-to-date information possible.

*** Marie will be doing a number of shows on The Shopping Channel Canada on Monday, August 17th where she will be debuting Mikayla LE 150 and showcasing a variety of previous release dolls.

*** Marie will also be doing four 18th Anniversary shows on QVC on Monday, August 24th. We will be price matching QVC's total with shipping for all dolls!

*** There will be new dolls coming in October 2009 as well. The actual number of dolls, pictures and descriptions should be released by Charisma and available for pre-order at the end of September, approximately one month before Marie's October show on QVC on Saturday, October 24th.

Cherry Blossoms by Ping Lau was moved from the August show to the October show and is already available for pre-order on our website. We're not allowed yet to reveal the scoop about the new October dolls but in general terms, I can say that there will be new toddlers, a holiday themed tiny tot (in addition to the retail exclusive Katie Sue Happy Holidays Tiny Tot), a musical moments doll with holiday theme and a very special fashion style doll.

*** A handful of new Kewpie dolls for Fall should be arriving sometime in September. There will be a fun Halloween and Holiday doll included in the line-up. Both are expected to be quite popular!

*** Great News! Charisma has listened to collector and retailer requests!! From now on (at least as of 7/10/09), pictures and descriptions for new release Marie Osmond dolls will be released approximately 1 month in advance of Marie's shows on QVC. This means late July for August dolls and late September for October dolls. Also, Retail Exclusive doll pictures and descriptions will be released as soon as the information is approved by Charisma management.

Thank you for all of your support and for sending feedback to Charisma! We think this is a fantastic decision on their end and hope it will help bring back some of the buzz and excitement before shows and allow customers to pre-order dolls in advance of the show date. As mentioned above in the green box (and below in the pink), Count Your Beans will still be on family leave at the time the August pictures and descriptions come out. We unfortunately will not have access to be able to place them on our website until after August 12th, however, we will try getting the pictures and descriptions up and Facebook. Please note that we ordered the August dolls well in advance and do have our supply already allocated. As many are very limited in edition size, we highly recommend advance reservations. We will be accepting pre-orders via email at countyourbeans@aol.com and will process them in the order received as soon as our offices open again on August 12th.

IMPORTANT: It was originally shared with us by Charisma Brands during the time we pre-ordered that Marie Osmond doll sculptors were going to be signing the Certificate of Authenticity on each of their dolls (i.e. Sonja Bryer for Audrianna and Bella's Kewpie, Karen Scott for Summer Romance & Harmony Summertime, Ping Lau for Baby Mermaid Wish Upon A Starfish) but we checked all the certificates today and NONE of them are hand-signed. We have amended the descriptions on our website accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We are watching Marie's 1st show at the time I'm doing this update. I'm assuming that Audrianna will be shown on the second show. Please note that QVC and Charisma have photos of Audrianna that show slightly different hair styles. We would say her hair is short like the catalog picture but can be fluffed out a bit. I don't think that QVC has Adora Paper Roses Belle but we do! She is now in stock

Charisma has not officially released catalog photos or descriptions yet (we have a message out to them) but we saw pictures on various retailer websites so those are the pictures we are currently using. We've seen a couple different versions of Audrianna & Bella's Kewpie pictures and will update our website with final version official photos once they are released. One retailer had up what looks like a stock photo of Adora Paper Roses Belle so we may post that picture as well since it is already out on the web and the dolls are physically in stock..

*** After looking around last night on QVC and different retailer websites and seeing both June doll pictures and June doll descriptions listed, we have made the decision to go ahead and list the June dolls back up for pre-order. We tried contacting Charisma in advance on Friday to see if it would be okay but understandably, they are very busy with the upcoming show so we made a decision which we thought would still be respectful to doll collectors, Marie Osmond and Charisma Brands.

We are pricing to match the prices currently posted on the QVC website plus we are offering Free UPS Grd/Ins S/H on each doll & Free Sales Tax if you are outside Washington. Please note that ALL of the June dolls are already sold out at Charisma Brands. As Marie would like to be the first to introduce these dolls to collectors, we have been told that the decision was made at Charisma to not release any pictures or official descriptions until June 15th when Marie does her next show on QVC. We've been told that the June dolls will start shipping to retailers the week of June 8th so we are hoping to have the dolls in hand at the same time (or close to) when Marie is on the air. This time the dolls will be shipping to us from Southern California rather than Maryland so we expect to have them a couple days sooner than with recent shows.

*** A few weeks ago we ordered our August release dolls. Unfortunately, we're not allowed to spill the beans yet but Charisma gave us permission on Friday to list two retail exclusive dolls available for sale.

The first is Baby Mermaid Wish Upon A Starfish by Ping Lau. She is a limited edition of 150 pieces (still to be confirmed) and she will be coming sometime in June. She should be retailing at $159.95. We're now accepting pre-orders officially.

The second is Ophelia Fairy Rosebud Tiny Tot. She is a limited edition of 300 pieces, 8" standing, a Karen Scott Sculpt and will retail for $69.95. She is due to arrive sometime in August. We're now accepting pre-orders officially.

We're also going to be selling the Adora Paper Roses Belle that will also be featured at the Flamingo in June 2009. We know there have been some pictures shown but we have not yet been given the official okay to list this doll on our website for pre-order.. *** There was a post at the Marie Osmond Doll Forum last week mentioning the new Marie Osmond Adora Belle Paper Roses doll which is going to be offered at the Flamingo Hilton in June. (This is where Marie and Donny perform their Las Vegas show.) We have been asked by a few people whether Count Your Beans will be carrying the doll and we are happy to say that we were told we and a limited number of retailers should be getting a supply in stock in June!

There is no official picture or description yet released, however we can tell you (since this was already posted on the MDF Forum) that the Adora Belle Paper Roses doll is full body porcelain with long dark hair and brown eyes. The dress on the doll is based on the outfit Marie wears in Las Vegas when she is singing Paper Roses and is a long flowing style with rose accents. Count Your Beans will be receiving a supply of the Marie Osmond Paper Roses Adora Belle and will start taking pre-orders on our website once we're given official permission to do so!

*** Some of you may be wondering where the Marie Osmond June releases went to! Never fear! These special and amazing upcoming releases are currently in hiding at a secret meeting but they will be back online soon and promise to bring with them official descriptions!

We received an email from Charisma Brands on 4/7/09 saying, "Good Morning! I need you to pull the June dolls off of your website. We have not released this information yet to the general public. I understand that it was out there, but we are asking the stores to not place on their sites until we officially release information, which I will be doing soon."

So... in compliance with Charisma's secrecy request, we have temporarily removed the descriptions off of our alphabetical pre-ordering pages and look forward to the official release information coming soon. Please note that if you already placed a pre-order with us, we still have your information and deposit on account. You will still get your doll and your place in the pre-order line is still intact.

In disclosing the preliminary unofficial information we initially conveyed, we were hoping to share with collectors our excitement about the upcoming releases and start a buzz that would help continue until Marie's next on-air appearance. It's hard to wait all the way from February to June for new dolls!! Also, in these times of economic challenge, our intentions were to give collectors advance notice in case anyone wanted to budget for a special doll whose preliminary description was intriguing. Since Count Your Beans has to order these dolls months in advance, naturally we wanted to try and presell as many as we could or at least get an idea of what might be popular and enticing. Please know that we appreciate your feedback so that we can make smart ordering decisions which best suit the needs of our collecting friends.

We apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding with Charisma this may have caused and we look forward to being able to put the dolly information for June back up for you soon! Marie Osmond is scheduled to have a last call show on QVC on Saturday, April 4th from 10:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. PST or if you're on the East Coast, Sunday April 5th from 1:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m. We have been told there will be no new release dolls on this show.

*** There will be a new Marie Osmond dolls show on QVC sometime in June. The 5 New Marie Osmond doll releases for June have just been added for pre-order! Although official descriptions haven't been released yet (we've been told soon), we had a conference call a couple weeks ago with Charisma and we took lots of notes. We were asked at that time to place our pre-orders for the new dolls and we learned that most (if not all) of the five are now sold out in pre-order. Since there will be very few new dolls presented, the balance of the scheduled QVC show time for June will be spent doing last calls or prior releases. We suspect that Baby Connie (in stock now at Count Your Beans) should appear at QVC in June as well and possibly Rubina Fairy Tiny Tot if she has not sold out at QVC by then. (We still limited quantities of the larger Rubina Fairy with COA hand-signed by Marie available!)

Here is the new release scoop! Adrianna Toddler by Sonja Bryer (LE 300) - Baby Mermaid Wish Upon A Starfish Retail Exclusive by Ping Lau (LE 150) - Bella's Kewpie by Sonja Bryer (LE 300 & will have a seated redress of the Bella standing toddler and a special 100th Anniversary Kewpie doll) - Harmony Summertime Toddler (Musical) by Karen Scott (LE 500) and Summer Romance by Karen Scott (LE 500). We took notes during our recent phone call and have tried to give as much detail about each doll that we can that we currently have. Please note as always, that information is subject to change and that occasionally Charisma will increase or reduce edition size and change pricing.

Charisma is dedicated to regaining the collectibility and value in their line. As such, all the dolls are VERY small edition sizes AND as a special bonus to add value, the sculptor for each doll will personally hand-sign each Certificate of Authenticity. As edition sizes are so small and need to satisfy both retailer and QVC demand, limited numbers will be available to each market and now more than ever, it will be important to consider pre-ordering so as to not miss out. We realize of course that without pictures released in advance, this is hard to do. From our understanding, Charisma will not be releasing pictures before show date EXCEPT for the Retail Exclusive Baby Mermaid Wish Upon A Starfish doll. (Please note that QVC will be also having their own Exclusive Mermaid on the show which I believe is a LE of 300.)

Please note that we have been told there will be no tiny tots, Adora Belles or smaller dolls with the June releases. There is expected to be an August show and since that show usually showcases quite a few new dolls, we would assume that there would be tiny tots within that grouping.

Please note that all the new Spring Release Kewpies are currently on their way to Count Your Beans. There are lots of special selections for this year as 2009 marks the 100th Anniversary of Kewpie!

*** We will be participating in a conference call this week with Charisma where we will be learning about new dolls to be released in June 2009. We're not sure what information we'll be able to share here but as soon as we're allowed to, we'll post what we're able to!

*** IMPORTANT Updates! Our Charisma Rep has returned from Toy Fair in New York and we had lots of questions for her which she gladly answered. We wanted to pass along the news to you as soon as we had it. Please note that although all this information is believe to currently be accurate as we type it, things are always subject to change. :-)

Many of the new February 2009 dolls are selling out or have sold out at Charisma. Although they may not be technically at the end of their edition, Charisma is producing smaller quantities of dolls this year and many dolls will not be coming back for a second run unless there is a lot of consumer and retailer demand. This means that even if a doll has an edition size of say "1000", only part of the edition may be produced. Charisma is looking to increase the value and collectibility of their line by increasing the demand for their offerings. When dolls become hard to find, it helps retain their value and hopefully helps increase interest and enthusiam for the line.

Romance is currently sold out / oversold at Charisma and we are sold out at Count Your Beans with a waiting list only at this time. There will be allocations of stock to us from Charisma. We have unfortunately been notified not to expect our entire pre-order, however we are working to get as much of it as we can. From our understanding of our phone conversation, there is no second run to retailers scheduled at this time. (We believe the re-order will be going to QVC.) We will be contacting everyone who pre-ordered Romance with us within the next couple of days to let you know where you are on our pre-order list. (To be as fair as possible, once dolls are received we will fill orders in the order in which your pre-order deposit was received.) For those who are later on the list, we will ask whether you'd like to keep your doll on pre-order with a $10 deposit and hold your place on our list should we get enough dolls. Alternatively, we can refund your $10 or transfer it to a different doll. Ideally we'd like to fill everyone's order and will try to get as many dolls as we can but at this time we don't expect to fill our current list. We will also take a waiting list, just in case there are cancellations or we receive more dolls than anticipated.

Rubina Fairy Tiny Tot --- We are so very sorry to say that Count Your Beans (and other retailers) will not have the opportunity to offer this doll. As the larger size Rubina was our Retailer Exclusive (and still available to order in limited quantity), we were highly hoping we would be able to get at least some to offer. We were told today that only 300 Rubina Fairy Tiny Tot were made and QVC requested the entire edition as an exclusive to them. For those who pre-ordered with us, we will be contacting you within the next couple of days and upon request, we will refund your $5 deposit, keep it on credit for you or transfer it to another doll of your choice.

Very Low In Stock at Charisma and also at Count Your Beans - Order early! -- Charisma is VERY limited and almost sold out of the following dolls - Baby Connie (LE 550) - Baby Grace - Vivian (sold out when presented on Marie's Feb 9 QVC show). We have a re-order of all of these dolls coming in next week but quantities are very limited. Baby Connie was originally supposed to be on the February QVC show but she got pushed until June.

Baby Abby Tiny Tot & Baby Lucy are getting close to be sold out in pre-order at Charisma as well. We currently do have extras of each on pre-order and should be able to fill all orders. We are still taking pre-orders on both these beauties!

*** The Adora June Belle that shipped to us recently is really the Adora August Belle in an Adora June Belle box. This is true for all the dolls we received. So we don't have the Adora June Belles after all but we do have Adora August Belles in Adora June boxes. (Hope that makes sense!) We are working with our rep to get ETAs on the real Adora June Belle as well as May Belle, October Belle, November Belle & December Belle. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

*** We will be learning more about the June QVC dolls within the next week or so. Currently there are about 13 - 14 dolls scheduled to be on the QVC show. (I think that includes Baby Connie so I'm not sure if she's considered "new" for June since we actually received her in February.) Please check back for new news!

Anyone who has pre-ordered dolls from the above list 2/18 or prior will be contacted shortly. We are currently double-checking inventory. MOST dolls are very very low in stock. We are planning to place a re-order at the end of this week of dolls we are running out of or that have gained the most interest. Our re-order numbers will be based on demand so if you see a beauty or cutie you'd enjoy having, even if it might be 2 - 3 weeks before you can purchase her, please let us know because from the time of order to the time of receipt can often be 2 - 3 weeks due to administrative processing and travel time.

Please note that we did not receive any of our pre-order for Be Mine Keepsake so we will be checking on this.

*** Anticipated ship dates for the 4 and 6 week hold dolls are slated at early to mid March. Included in these shipments will be Adora Heart Truth Belle aka Adora My Heart Belle, Baby Abby Tiny Tot, Baby Lucy Toddler, Bee Mine New Bees, Bee Loved New Bees and Romance.

** We've had a number of questions about the new packaging changes for 2009. Except for the keepsakes which come in a cream window box and perhaps other styles we have yet to see, the new boxes for most dolls are generally a solid pink with the word "Marie" on top in a shiny gold fancy font. The doll's name is still labeled on the side. There appear to no longer be hang tags except for with Little Bo Peep who has a nursery rhyme hangtag as her COA. The Certificate of Authenticity for most dolls is now in a white envelope on a single card. There is no accompanying customer service card. Instead of the doll bracelet or doll necklace that used to be in the small blue envelope within the larger blue COA envelope, Marie has included a little silver heart charm on a ribbon. Please note we are seeing the silver heart charms in a small plastic baggy taped to the inside cardboard so please don't throw away your packing material as the heart, accessories and COAs can be hard to miss if you aren't specifically looking for them. Also, a lot of the dolls seem to be in longer, narrower boxes to conserve space and to help keep shipping costs more cost-effective.

** IMPORTANT!! ** We have temporarily taken down our pre-order button for Romance because we believe that the March shipment due to retailers may be sold out and/or oversold. We want to try and confirm how many dolls we are getting before we take any new $10 deposits.

We *think* that there may be a second shipment coming behind the March shipment but we're not sure how far behind. We do want to fill everyone's orders and pre-orders so please let us know if you'd like to be on a list for this doll if you have not placed a pre-order deposit as of 2/18.

Since Charisma has taken Romance off of their own website for pre-ordering, we want to make sure her edition size isn't sold out. Our Sales Reps from Charisma are at Toy Fair this week in New York, but we will update this page with information as soon as we have it. If for some reason, we don't think we'll be able to get in enough dolls to fill the pre-orders we've already taken to this point, we will do our best to refer to other shops, however it's possible they may be in a similar situation. We have had a lot of questions about Rubina Fairy Tiny Tot since Count Your Beans originally had the larger size Rubina as a Retailer Exclusive.

Originally (back in 2008, I think it was May/June), Rubina Fairy Tiny Tot was scheduled to be on QVC's October 2008 show so that she could be out for Christmas. She was to be available to both retailers and QVC. Then QVC decided to push her until 2009 and we didn't hear anything further from Charisma.

When the February 2009 list of new releases was presented, Rubina Fairy Tiny Tot was not on that list, however she did appear for a very short time on Charisma's retailer website for pre-order before she was removed.

Naturally we were hoping & expecting to get her in since so many collectors had the larger doll and wanted a tiny tot counterpart. When all of a sudden she showed up at the QVC website on February 9th without a picture, we called Charisma to see if she was going to be on the February show and to see when she was going to be coming to retailers.

I think there must have been some confusion or misunderstanding at Charisma because when we called on show day, they were under the impression she had not even shipped to QVC yet and wouldn't be available until later. We were told that they had decided to make Rubina Fairy Tiny Tot a QVC exclusive but it might be possible for us to get a few of the tots since we had the original. At this point we haven't heard any follow-up on that so we think it is still up in the air.

We had no clue QVC even had her in stock let alone shipped her until we saw the posts above. We sincerely apologize for any confusion on our part as we had been passing along what we had heard previously and didn't realize about all the changes. We hope that we and other retailers will be able to get Rubina Fairy Tiny Tot but at this point, just don't know. We'll be trying to get clarification after our rep gets back from Toy Fair.

*** UPDATE 12:19 p.m. PST We've had a number of questions about Rubina Fairy Tiny Tot and whether she'd be available at Count Your Beans like the larger Rubina Fairy Count Your Beans Exclusive. Last year when we were told that Rubina Fairy Tiny Tot would be coming out, she was going to be available for both retailers and QVC. Unfortunately we are VERY disappointed to report that our sales rep at Charisma has told us that the tiny tot version of this doll was chosen to be a QVC exclusive and will not be available to Count Your Beans or other retailers. We apologize sincerely to any collectors who pre-ordered with us. We were told tentatively last week that in addition to the February shows, Marie will be doing a show on QVC in March, however at this time there is no limited edition show planned. Charisma thinks that the March show will likely be another last chance show similar to the style in January. At this point in time there is no April show scheduled but there are going to be new dolls coming out in June. Please note that all of this information is subject to change and if the February dolls show well on air, it will bode well for everyone for future shows.

We wanted to pass along what we heard because we know our doll collecting friends like to budget for new dolls and we want to be able to accommodate you! Speaking of budget, we have some REALLY great Marie Osmond doll specials going on right now!

Marie Osmond will be on QVC tonight from 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. PST. This will be a special show of close-out dolls. We will likely have many of the dolls you see on the show in stock and as always, we appreciate your consideration and support of Count Your Beans.

As you may know if you regularly read the Marie Osmond Doll Friends Forum or are part of Charisma Brands mailing list, Charisma Brands has made the executive decision to no longer release pictures of new Marie Osmond doll releases until the dolls are shown by Marie on QVC. A copy of the letter to collectors can be found below. As Marie Osmond retailers for over 10 years, we are naturally disappointed in this decision and hope in the future it will be reconsidered. Having pictures in advance helped our collecting friends like yourself make decisions about pre-ordering and gave us a good barometer as to what dolls might be very popular to have on hand near show time. We believe that sharing these pictures a couple months before showtime helped increase enthusiasm for Marie's shows on QVC and was a win-win situation for retailers, QVC and Charisma.

As we want to make the best decisions possible for ourselves and our customers, we have reduced our initial pre-order of the February 2009 Marie Osmond releases that we placed back in October. Please know that we have still ordered some of every doll that you will see on the show that it is available to the retail market, however we wanted to see collectors reactions to the new releases before we brought in too much inventory. If the February 9th shows go well on QVC as we hope they will, we will gladly re-order additional dolls to service the needs of our customers. We want to continue to earn your business and that of your doll collecting friends. Our goal is always to make sure you're well taken care of!

Greetings Doll Lovers and Happy New Year!

We are excited for 2009 to be a wonderful opportunity for us to continue to create products which elevate spirits and enrich the lives of our customers around the world. Each precious doll we create is designed to be treasured for many, many years.

Some of you may know, last fall we acquired Paradise Galleries Dolls. Paradise Galleries has been bringing joy to collectors worldwide for almost 20 years. I am particularly proud of the new Paradise Galleries offering, it is a stunning selection of beautifully designed artist dolls at very affordable prices. Let me just say, with the rising costs everywhere we turn those affordable prices are no easy task! We are thrilled to be able to service this niche of our very special market.

As for the Marie Osmond Doll Collection, many of you may know that last summer Marie moved her whole family to Las Vegas. Marie is enjoying an extended engagement at the Flamingo Hotel where she is performing with Donny. If you have not seen the show yet, I highly recommend it! Seeing Donny and Marie on stage together again is just wonderful. Another benefit of Marie’s move is that Las Vegas is just that much closer to our offices in Orange County, California! That being said, we have seen A LOT of Marie in the past 6 months and she has directed every aspect of the 2009 collection (can there be too much “Marie”?....smiles).

I know there have been a lot of questions about some changes in our standard business practices so I hope I can help clear some of them up. Charisma will no longer releasing photos of the dolls prior to them being presented on QVC (OK, well we might sneak a promo image out every now and then – check the website for mysterious dolls). Marie would like to be the FIRST to personally present them you and describe the details in each extraordinary doll. In addition, since these are truly collectible you may notice lower editions and more frequent “retirement parties”. We believe the value in our dolls is the special heartfelt touches Marie puts in each precious doll.

We are going to Kick-Off 2009 with a “Last Chance” hour on QVC (YES! Marie will be there) on January 17th at 1am. The dolls we selected for this annual event are among QVC’s “TOP RATED” list. So this will be real “farewell” for some of your very favorites! The Marie is back to QVC on February 9th at 5:00am, 11am, 10pm – Midnight Eastern Time to kick off her New Theme, New Collections and New Artists!

We have confirmed the following information about Marie's new February 2009 doll releases.

QVC has a first 4 week exclusive with the following dolls before they ship to retailers: Adora My Heart Belle - Baby Abby Tiny Tot - Baby Grace - Bee Loved - Bee Mine - Romance. QVC has a 6 week exclusive with Baby Lucy before she ships to retailers.

As Marie's February shows are on the 9th, we anticipate the 4 week hold dolls to arrive in mid-March and Baby Lucy to arrive in late March.

New February 2009 Dolls have been added and all are now available for pre-order! In addition to our Alphabetical pages you can read a full page of descriptions here. Charisma has been closed the past week and a half for holiday break but will re-open on Monday, January 5th. We hope they will be providing us with February 2009 doll pictures at that time!

On our alphabetical pages, we give an estimated time for new product to arrive at Count Your Beans. These estimates are provided to us by Charisma Brands and therefore are subject to change at any time.

We know how frustrating it can be to be excited about a doll and then find out it is delayed or comes in very early. Unfortunately, estimated times of arrival are just estimates and delays or allocation changes are generally beyond our control. For the most recent information on ETA updates, allocations or description changes, please read our regular news updates in our "Charisma Brands Tidbits" section above.

Depending on demand and allocation, we may receive multiple shipments for the same item so if something has recently arrived and sold out, we will also indicate approximately when the next shipment is expected to arrive if we have an official ETA from the manufacturer.

As we've received some very common questions many times in the past few months related to shipping/allocation, I thought I'd post the questions and answers here so that everyone could see:

Why is it that some retailers receive their dolls faster than others? Does Charisma have a Priority Ship program?

There are many reasons why one retailer may receive a doll faster than another. One reason is obviously geographic location. Charisma Brands is located in Southern California and ships some dolls from Southern CA and some from a warehouse in Maryland.

As far as Count Your Beans shipments are concerned, we are zoned in a residential district in Vancouver, WA . Shipments from Charisma in Southern CA usually arrive at Count Your Beans in 3 - 4 business days from the time Charisma ships. Shipments from their East Coast Distribution Center (older merchandise) usually arrive in 5 - 6 business days (7 - 8 calendar days) from the time Charisma ships. In the big scope of things, a few days wait doesn't usually matter much to most customers but when one is excited about getting a new dolly, we understand everyone would like her as soon as possible! As such, once we get the dolls in, we do our best to turn them back around as soon as we can, usually within 2 business days after payment receipt.

Larger retailers such as Count Your Beans often do have a "Priority Ship" status with Charisma Brands. This means that we're one of the first shops to have our orders processed but as Charisma Brands has quite a few customers and not everyone can be first, we've noticed that "first shipment" tends to rotate among the shops. This helps even the playing field. The date that a retailer places an initial order will also have a big effect as well. For example if we ordered 25 Happy Dolly dolls on 2/9 to ship in August and then pre-sold all of those and ordered another 25 more on 6/15 for August delivery, our second 25 might not ship with the first grouping. Whether that second 25 arrives in Charisma's first or second allocation depends on how many dolls they have coming in, how many they've presold and how many are already allocated.

In layman's terms, allocation means to distribute according to a plan or to set apart and designate for a specific purpose.

In relation to Marie Osmond dolls, allocation comes into play during different occasions. For example, if there is a specific doll that is extremely popular but has a limited edition size (i.e. 150), in order to be fair to all retailers, each retailer will have the opportunity to order and receive an allocation of a minimum or maximum # of dolls. Sometimes that maximum number is pre-determined, such as is the case with Catherine Elizabeth, sometimes it is dependent on demand.

More typically though, allocation takes place when dolls arrive at Charisma Brands in split shipments. For example, say 300 "Happy Dolly" dolls arrive at Charisma Brands in their first shipment and 800 are due three weeks later. All 1100 of their dolls are pre-sold. Who gets the first 300?

(Method A) Well, in order to be fair and give every retailer a chance to get some of this hot new doll, Charisma may just ship a few "Happy Dolly" dolls out in their first shipment to each shop based on a percentage allocation system. For example, they may ship 10% of each shop's order in the first allocation and 90% in the second allocation.

(Method B) Alternatively, they may choose to ship all the small orders first and the bigger orders second as this saves on shipping and is faster to pack.

Is this always the case? In our experience, no. (Method C) Sometimes the shipments are sent out strictly on a first ordered, first served basis. This means if Shop A ordered 200 "Happy Dolls" and they were the first to order, they might get all 200 before some shops ordering later get any.

Usually it seems that the New Release dolls and very limited edition dolls are sent out in a combination of Method A and Method B. Occasionally C is implemented but it's usually in combination with Method A and/or B.

Allocation is more strictly used on first runs of a new release doll and on dolls with smaller edition sizes. Dolls that have open editions can often be ordered for later runs without allocation issues. For dolls without restrictions, it's generally a first come, first served method.

To be honest, we've noticed over the years a number of different methods that Charisma Brands has used for allocation so our examples are not meant to serve as a guarantee of how they currently allocate or will allocate in the future. I know the above may seem a bit confusing and we do apologize. It is confusing! Luckily, most of this usually is not an issue for most customers as the turnaround and receipt for most new dolls is fairly quick.

As a general rule, please note that when a manufacturer such as Charisma Brands gives an ETA to retailers, it usually tentative and subject to change. Guarantees of ship dates to retailers are sometimes unrealistic due to unforseen circumstances so patience and understanding while waiting for shipments to arrive is always sincerely appreciated! The bottom line is we appreciate your business and want to get your dolls out to you as soon as possible and if they've arrived at Count Your Beans, we will post on our website and let you know as soon as we can, usually within 48 hours of receipt.

Please note when you see notes about a "split shipment" that means that we are receiving a partial supply of our initial order. When split shipments are received, we fill orders first by looking at the dates that each customer has ordered their doll and placed their initial deposit. After we find out how many actual dolls of each style we have physically gotten in, we will contact everyone on our pre-order list to let them know if their doll is in the first shipment or will be in the second shipment.

When dolls are received in split shipments, orders that have already been requested to be on layaway will automatically be allocated to the 2nd or later shipment unless you have indicated to us otherwise that you wanted to pay off your layaway early.

We want to service all of our customers in the best way possible. Information about ETAs will often change from week to week, even day by day. For one recent August release doll where there were allocation issues, there were 4 different ETA changes in the same week. The feedback we have received is that the most timely way to guarantee that everyone has access to current information is to post it on our website news page. For those that would like frequent email updates.We will soon be adding an opt-in newsletter to our website.

We are a family business dedicated to providing friendly customer service and treating each collector as a friend. It's just the two of us (Karen and John) and we do our best to answer all emails in a timely manner. We are happy to say that in most cases when we are in town, we are able to answer business emails within 1 - 2 business days of receipt (Monday - Friday, but we're often working on Saturday & Sunday too, so don't be surprised if you hear from us these days). Naturally, we want to get back to you as quickly as we can and try to answer letters in the order received in order to be fair to everyone.

That being said, if you have a Priority / Urgent / Emergency Issue, we want to help you! If you could please note "Priority" or "Urgent" issue in the subject header of your letter, this will make us aware to check your email and service you more quickly. First, we are so sorry to hear about this! We naturally don't want anyone to feel that they're not being respected or responded to. Let's make this right!

We know this is obvious, but please double-check that you wrote to the right email address, either countyourbeans@aol.com or cntyrbeans@aol.com. Our email addresses are easy to transpose or misspell and each week we receive quite a few forwarded emails that were originally sent to an invalid address.

Email address correct? Unfortunately, there are sometimes reasons beyond our control or knowledge which will cause an email to bounce to an AOL server. The good news is we know it isn't a personal thing because this happens to many AOL users. The bad news is that it feels personal, especially if you're the one not being personally responded to. If you have sent a general email and haven't heard from us within 2 business days or you need a quicker response, please forward a copy of your original email to BOTH cntyrbeans@aol.com and countyourbeans@aol.com with the subject header: Email Follow-Up. This will let us know there might be an email receipt issue. Sending a copy of the original email will allow us to try and trace your previous email if we don't show having received it and will allow us to let our service provider know if applicable that there is an issue.

If you have received a bounce back notice (Mailer Daemon Error) and your addressing was correct, chances are there is a temporary server error and if you try your email within a few hours, it will be corrected.

There is also another possibility. You may have written to us and we received your email but when we wrote back to you, you never received the response. With most ISPs aggressively fighting SPAM nowadays, email filters for many ISPs are often set on the highest security setting. Unknown emails will often be diverted or deleted. If you are having a problem hearing from us, please make sure to add our email addresses to your "address book" or approved email list to make sure our regular emails get through to your in-box. Please also check your spam / bulk / junk email folders to see if our responses were directed there. ISPs which we and other AOL users have often heard that emails are diverted to spam folders include: hotmail.com, msn.com, earthlink.net, cox.net, yahoo.com, business and .gov websites and many free providers.

Also, if you are paying for a website or auction order via PayPal and your PayPal address is NOT your current email address, please let us know where to write so we have a way to verify your payment receipt.

In closing, we want you to feel you're taken care of so if you don't hear from us, please give us the benefit of the doubt and try the methods above. We enjoy working with our customers and hope that you will never experience this problem but if you do, that you'll know it is definitely not personal and we'll try to correct it as soon as we're made aware of the issue.

If an item is not in stock at the present time, we are happy to take a pre-order or special reservation for your doll. All we require is a $5 deposit per tiny tot or doll under $50 and a $10 deposit per doll over $50.

Should you change your mind about a pre-order, we are happy to give you the option to transfer your full deposit fund to another doll within 3 days of your cancellation.

If your pre-order is for an item between $15 and $99 and you cancel completely with no replacement website purchases within 3 days of your cancellation, we do assess a $5 administrative fee per doll cancelled. If it is over $100 and you cancel your pre-order completely with no replacement website purchases within 3 days of your cancellation, the administrative fee is $10 per doll cancelled. Any remaining funds (if applicable) will be placed on store credit with Count Your Beans.

Please note that in order to keep our pricing competitive, we only issue Count Your Beans store credit for pre-order cancellations. There are no cash refunds.

Since we are obligated to keep the commitment to the manufacturer for the items we pre-order and have to inventory or find a new buyer for pre-ordered merchandise that customers cancel, we hope you'll respect and understand our policies. We do our best to keep our overhead low so that we can offer you great pricing and a wide variety of products. Thank you!

*** We are happy to offer a flexible layaway program for our customers. By placing a layaway with us, you are agreeing to all of our layaway terms including making payments on time. We offer 1 month (2 equal payments), 2 month (3 equal payments) and 3 month (4 equal payments) layaways of website orders of $100 or greater.

Example: You want to place a $150 doll on layaway on October 1st. Here are your choices:

2 Month Layaway: $50 down on October 1st, $50 due on November 1st, final $50 due on December 1st.

3 Month Layaway: $37.50 down on October 1st, $37.50 due on November 1st, $37.50 due on December 1st, $37.50 due on January 1st.

*** At the start of the layaway, we prefer a credit card on file so that we may charge your card in the appropriate intervals. Upon request, we can send you PayPal invoices each month or if you would prefer to mail in your layaway payments, we do accept money orders and checks. Please let us know your payment style preference at the beginning of the layaway. We will email you with a layaway payment receipt after each charge or mailed payment has been received.

*** Please note that is your responsiblity to make payment for your layaway on time and for contacting us if a payment is going to potentially be late. We do try to be flexible and will allow up to 5 days leeway (and sometimes longer if we are notified in advance of extenuating circumstances), however please note that if one payment is late, the next payment is still due on its original schedule. If we have not received a layaway payment within 2 days after its due date, we will contact you via email and/or phone with a friendly reminder. If after 5 days from your payment due date, we have not received payment and there has been no communication from you either by email or phone, your layaway order will be cancelled. Any items on layaway will be placed back into regular inventory and any layaway funds will be placed on store credit with Count Your Beans minus an administrative cancellation charge of $10 for each doll between $15 and $99, $20 for each doll between $100 and $200 and $30 for each doll that is $200 and above. Any remaining funds after administrative fees (if applicable) will be placed on store credit with Count Your Beans and are not refundable for cash.

*** Please note that in order for us to continue offering an affordable and reasonable layaway program to our customers, the price that your item is at the time you start your layaway will not be adjusted except in the cases of QVC show price matching for new release dolls that are placed on pre-order.

Example 1: It is September 19th and you would like to do a layaway for a Marie Osmond doll that will be shown on QVC on Marie's October 26th show. You place your $10 deposit and at the current time, the doll has a $149.95 suggested retail. On the show, QVC offers the doll at $134.95. We will adjust your layaway to that price point upon request.

Example 2: We have an older Marie Osmond doll on our website on sale for $119.95. You place that doll on a 3 month layaway on September 19th. On November 15th, you see that the doll is on sale at our website or elsewhere for $99.95. We will not be able to adjust your layaway pricing under this circumstance. (Please understand that there is a cost to us for holding layaway dolls. When a doll is held, we pay to inventory it and we do not have the opportunity to sell it immediately to someone else. We also generally have multiple credit card processing fees and our administrative costs are higher. Thank you for your understanding.)

*** Layaways are for CountYourBeans.com website orders $100 or greater and our maximum layaway is 90 days from date of a doll's arrival into our shop. If you have a smaller layaway or a significantly larger layaway or have special circumstances, please inquire for details.

*** Layaway dolls are not eligible for return once they have shipped, however if a doll arrives damaged or defective, it will be replaced or store credit will be given to your account.

*** Please note that layaway payments are transferrable to another item should you change your mind after placing an order, however there are some conditions. If a layaway doll is between $15 and $99 and you cancel completely with no replacement website purchases within 3 days of your cancellation, we will assess a $10 administrative fee. If a layaway doll or entire layaway doll order is between $100 and $200 and you cancel your layaway completely with no website order within 3 days of your cancellation, we will assess a $20 administrative fee. Since there is an expense in having to re-inventory and find a new buyer for layaway merchandise that customers cancel, we hope you'll respect and understand our policies. *** Please note that although layaway is available for most dolls on our website, we no longer offer layaway for retired items where we only have 1 or 2 left in stock. We also do not offer layaway for eBay or Amazon purchases, shipped orders under $100 or items that have an edition size below 300. By 9/21/09, we will be indicating which dolls on our website are not eligible for layaway.

Damaged Merchandise: We do our best to package your items carefully, however if breakage or damage occurs, we do insure your package. Please note that if merchandise arrives damaged in transit, an insurance claim must be filed in order to receive a replacement or refund and all original packaging material must be kept in order to make sure the claim is valid. If shipment was made through UPS (most domestic shipments), we will file the claim on your behalf upon notification from you but if shipment was made through USPS, the post office will most likely require you to file the claim at your local post office. If your order was shipped via UPS, the United Parcel Service requests that you hold your merchandise and packaging material up to 10 business days after the filing of the claim as they may need to come out and visually inspect the damage or pick up the merchandise and original packaging.

Please do NOT return merchandise damaged in transit to Count Your Beans or it will invalidate your insurance claim with the carrier and we will not be able to reimburse you for the damage. All damage claims must be reported to countyourbeans@aol.com within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise.

Defective Merchandise: Please note that if merchandise or a merchandise accessory arrives with a manufacturer defect and the damage did not occur in transit, we will work with you to replace your defective item, issue a credit or refund your purchase price including shipping. We must know about the problem within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please email countyourbeans@aol.com.

Merchandise you have changed your mind about: We hope that you are pleased with your purchase but should you receive your item and decide it's not for you, we will accept a return if you notify us at countyourbeans@aol.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please explain why you are unhappy and ask for an RMA number that you can write on the outside of your shipping box. Please note that if you return an item to Count Your Beans without an RMA number or approval, this will delay and potentially invalidate your refund / return.

If your item is still in the box in mint shape, never removed, we will issue a store credit minus actual shipping costs if we paid to ship your order to you. You are responsible for return insured shipping to us. If your item has been removed from the box but is still mint, we will issue store credit for the amount of the purchase minus actual shipping costs if we paid to ship your order to you. If your item is no longer in mint condition or you have had your item for longer than 7 days, we unfortunately cannot accept a return.

Order returns over $100 where another item of equal value is not purchased within 5 days of the return will also be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Please note that in order to keep our prices competitive, we only issue store credit for returns. There are no cash refunds. (As we do our best to keep our overhead low so that we can offer you great pricing and a wide variety of products, we hope you'll understand.)

We offer FREE UPS Ground/Insured delivery in the continental USA on all website orders of $75 or greater. In order to qualify for Free S/H, your order must be $75 or greater and $75 or more worth of merchandise must ship at one time. You may combine Marie Osmond Doll orders with other purchases from our website in order to meet the $75 threshold. If you wish to ship UPS 2 or 3 day Select, USPS Express, USPS Priority/Insured, USPS Parcel Post or you live outside the continental USA, we will offer a partial shipping credit towards shipping fees. Please inquire for rates.

If your shipped order is less than $75 and you live within the continental USA, your shipping rate will be:

$11.50 for orders from $45.00 - $59.99 ** (except tiny tots or orders under 2 lbs will be assessed at $9.00)

Orders under 2 lbs are usually shipped via USPS and orders over 2 lbs are shipped via UPS delivery. Please note that the shopping cart system calculates S/H based on UPS Grd/Ins S/H in continental USA. If you will be shipping via the United States Postal Service either inside or outside of the USA or will be using expedited shipping methods, shipping rates will be different and we will send an invoice for the difference.

Generally orders are shipped Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays except during certain times of the year when we may be out of town or closed for a holiday. During the busy holiday season, we will often add additional shipping days to help expedite orders. If your order is in stock, we do our best to ship all orders the first business shipping day after payment clearance, however during especially busy times, please allow up to 3 business days for shipment. If your order is a rush delivery, please let us know at the time of payment so that we may do our best to accommodate you.
