If you want to pay for your order via US mail and are ready to place your order or you have specific questions not answered here, please email countyourbeans@aol.com or call 360-852-8368 or fax 208-248-5353. You may also order directly with your credit card over the phone. We do our best to respond within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. During very busy times of the year, please allow up to 2 business days for a response. We do often work on weekends but our general business days are Monday through Friday.
For mailed payment we accept money orders and checks. Personal and business checks are subject to a 7 business day hold, however if we've done business successfully with you in the past, we may waive part of this hold or all of this hold at our discretion. We also accept electronic checks and credit card payment through PayPal, which accepts Visa/MC/AmEx/Discover. Our email address for electronic payment is countyourbeans@aol.com or cntyrbeans@aol.com for PayPal. If you prefer, you may use our easy electronic cart system above for convenient payment through Paypal.
Generally orders are shipped Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays except during certain times of the year when we may be out of town or closed for a holiday. During the busy holiday season, we will often add additional shipping days. We do our best to ship all orders the first business shipping day after payment clearance, however during especially busy times, please allow up to 3 business days for shipment.
* FREE SHIPPING offer is for UPS Ground / Insured delivery within the continental USA (street addresses only for UPS). In order to qualify for Free S/H, your order must be $50 or greater and $50 or more worth of merchandise must ship at one time. You may combine Jaymar Creations Bears with other website purchases in order to meet the $50 threshold. If you wish to ship UPS 2 or 3 day Select, USPS Priority/Insured or Rush Delivery or you live outside the continental USA, we will pay a partial shipping credit equivalent to what it would cost to send UPS from WA. Please inquire for rates.
