IMPORTANT ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS for Flossie's Friends Teddy Bears
If you are ready to place your order or you have specific questions not answered here, please email countyourbeans@aol.com or call 408-435-5018 or fax 208-248-5353. Although our hours vary widely, the best time to reach us is usually from 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time M-F. We do our best to respond within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. During very busy times of the year, please allow up to 2 business days for a response. We do often work on weekends but our general business days are Monday through Friday.
For payment we accept money orders and checks. Personal and business checks are subject to a 7 business day hold, however if we've done business successfully with you in the past, we may waive part of this hold or all of this hold at our discretion. We also accept electronic checks and credit card payment through PayPal, Yahoo Pay Direct and BidPay. PayPal accepts Visa/MC/AmEx/Discover and electronic checks. Our email address for electronic payment is countyourbeans@aol.com for PayPal and cntyrbeans@aol.com for Yahoo Pay Direct and BidPay.
If an item is not in stock at the present time, we are happy to take a pre-order or special reservation for your doll.
Generally orders are shipped Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays except during certain times of the year when we may be out of town or closed for a holiday. During the busy holiday season, we will often add additional shipping days. We do our best to ship all orders the first business shipping day after payment clearance, however during especially busy times, please allow up to 3 business days for shipment.
