We are excited to share our Bonus Beans Customer Loyalty & Reward Program with our website friends and visitors! Now when you shop with us through our website, either online, by phone or through the mail, you can earn Bonus Beans with your purchase which you can COUNT and SAVE toward great merchandise, gift certificates and other special promotions.

In some cases you don't even need to make a purchase because we will also plan to give away FREE Bonus Beans for answering surveys, participating in Count Your Beans sweepstakes and other fun events. Although auction purchases do not currently qualify for Bonus Beans, we will be running selected auctions in the future where Bonus Beans can be earned as well.

Bonus Beans are a special incentive from Count Your Beans to reward our new and frequent customers and website visitors. We are constantly striving to improve our website and customer service and hope to earn your short and long-term business. To that extent, we like to give back to the people who have supported us.

You can literally now count your BEANS at Count Your Beans! Earn Bonus Beans, collect them, save them and redeem them for great dolls, bears, collectibles & gifts! Where other loyalty or frequent buyer programs often select your reward for you, we believe in giving you a choice for your bonus reward and have a Bonus Beans Store we will be developing and expanding where you can go and make your product selection and redemption. We also offer the opportunity to redeem Bonus Beans for store credit, shipping credits, shipping upgrades, gift certificates, tax credits and charitable donations.

The easiest way to earn Bonus Beans is to make a purchase through our website, by email, by phone, by fax or by mail. Everytime you make a purchase at our published website prices, you earn Bonus Beans in addition to getting special value pricing The amount you earn is listed on each product pricing page and is subject to change depending on specials, availability of stock, adjusted pricing changes and other promotions we may be offering.

We will confirm the amount you earn at the time you make your purchase. On the receipt included with your order will be a special Bonus Beans Redemption Code so you can keep track of how many you have earned. You may also receive a Bonus Beans Certificate which has this same code. (currently in development).

Bonus Beans will also be offered through special promotions. You will have the opportunity to win Bonus Beans without ever making a purchase. For example, from time to time we will run sweepstakes, contests, surveys and other fun events and Bonus Beans will be given away during these promotions as a thank you for visiting and supporting us.

Other areas where Bonus Beans may soon be offered are auction wins at Bidway, referrals, customer photographs, suggestions & website improvements. We want you to count lots of beans and hope to make it easy and fun for you to earn and spend them!

Good question... and of course the most common question we receive! We realize that not every customer will want the same rewards so we have decided at Count Your Beans to offer you lots and lots of choices! In our Bonus Beans Store, you will have a wide variety of Dolls, Bears, Figurines, Collectibles and Giftware to choose from. We will have items in our Bonus Beans Store from almost every product line that we carry, including but not limited to Marie Osmond, Show Stoppers, Richard Simmons, Terri Lee, Annette Funicello, Jaymar Bears, Knickerbocker and Paradise Galleries. You also will have the opportunity to redeem Bonus Beans for gift certificates, charitable donations with a $ match from Count Your Beans, store credits and shipping credits. For our California customers where we need to charge sales tax, you will have the opportunity to redeem Bonus Beans for tax credits as well.

Whereas many Customer Loyalty programs require lots and lots of purchases before you ever see a reward, we have redemption levels with as few as 50 Bonus Beans. Naturally, the more you count and save, the higher the value of the reward and for those who are patient and really count their beans, we will have some top level items that are really spectacular.

When you earn Bonus Beans through purchases or special promotions we offer, we will issue a Bonus Beans Redemption Code that you need to save and keep in your records somewhere safe. Each alpha-numeric code is unique and will be verified at redemption.

Here are three examples of what a code may look like: M6223JKK5 or P6223JKK85 or W6223JKK250. The last one or two or three digits of the code are how many bonus beans you have earned from that code. In the examples given, the first code is for 5 Bonus Beans, the second is for 85 Bonus Beans and the third would be for 250 Bonus Beans.

When you are interested in redeeming your Bonus Beans for an item in our Bonus Beans Store or a store credit, you will need to give us each alpha-numeric code you'd like to redeem in order for us to process your redemption. Codes can be combined with other codes in order to complete a purchase and if you redeem a code that has more Bonus Beans than the amount of the item you are redeeming for, then we will issue you "change" in the form of a new Bonus Beans code.

For example, Sally wants to purchase a Super Duper Dolly for 225 Bonus Beans. She has codes good for 150 Bonus Beans and 100 Bonus Beans. She redeems both simultaneously and we return to her the Super Duper Dolly and a new Bonus Beans code with 25 Bonus Beans.

Bonus Beans can be redeemed through email, postal mail or by telephone and it isn't necessary to turn in your receipt or physical paper that the code was issued on. The alpha-numeric code is what is important and once it is used and verified, it will be void from future use. We do have safety precautions in place to prevent someone from stealing or forging codes.

As ours is a family business, we only have a very small staff handling administration. Therefore, please note that you are responsible for saving your Bonus Beans codes and keeping track of how many Bonus Beans you have. We suggest treating them like you would a gift certificate or other valuable currency.

The Bonus Beans Customer Loyalty & Reward program has been in place since June 2003.. Our Bonus Beans Store is now up and running and customers may begin counting, saving and redeeming Bonus Beans!

Yes - If you would like to spend the Bonus Beans you earn at the time you're making a purchase so that you can ship a Bonus Beans doll, bear, collectible or giftware item with your purchase, you are welcome to do so. For example, say you made a purchase of a Richard Simmons Santa Peace & Light Doll for $135.00. In addition to your retail savings and Free UPS delivery on website orders over $50.00, you would also earn 150 Bonus Beans. If you wanted to instantly redeem those Bonus Beans for merchandise that you saw in our Bonus Beans Store, you would be welcome and encouraged to do so.

Bonus Beans Store redemptions also qualify for free S/H when shipped with an order of $50 or greater so redeeming the Bonus Beans at the time an order is shipped often makes good sense (& DOLLARS) for you. Please note that if Bonus Beans Store items are shipped by themselves or with an order less than $50.00, a shipping charge will be applied.

Yes - Bonus Beans earned during purchases may also be instantly applied toward shipping credits, shipping upgrades and tax credits. As examples, if you redeemed your Bonus Beans for a $20.00 international shipping credit or a $10.00 Washington Sales Tax credit, those credits would be applied by Count Your Beans to your current invoice / order.

Yes - Bonus Beans earned during purchases may be instantly applied toward charitable donations. We will have the details about this option in the near future but we will be giving the opportunity for you to turn your Bonus Beans into cash donations towards various charitable organizations.

No - If purchasing just one item and you wish to redeem your Bonus Beans at the time of purchase for a gift certificate or store credit, that gift certificate or store credit must be used toward a future purchase. This rule is in place for us to keep in compliance with pricing philosophies requested by various manufacturers.

Maybe - If purchasing multiple items at the same time and you wish to redeem your Bonus Beans at the time of purchase for a gift certificate or store credit, you may be able to redeem part or all of that gift certificate or store credit at the time of your current purchase. Please email John at countyourbeans@aol.com with your specific order request or questions and he will be happy to assist you.

In addition to dolls, bears, collectibles and giftware in our Bonus Beans Store, we also offer the choice of store credits, gift certificates, charitable donations and credits toward shipping and Washington sales tax.

Upon completion, our Bonus Beans Store will be filled with products from almost all of the lines that we carry. We plan to regularly add new selections to the store and will also run special offers. If you see something on our website that currently isn't in our Bonus Beans Store but you'd like to see it there for the future, please email your suggestions to John at countyourbeans@aol.com for consideration.

What we carry in the Bonus Beans Store at any given time will depend upon our current inventory of merchandise. Items listed in the store are subject to change based on availability and consumer interest. You will always have a choice and the more you count YOUR beans, the greater the potential rewards.

If you are making a purchase of $50 or greater from our website and $50 or more worth of paid merchandise will be shipping at the same time, then any Bonus Beans Store redemptions including Bonus Beans Store merchandise, store credit mechandise or gift certificate merchandise made at the time of purchase can be shipped with your order for free. This only qualifies for orders shipped in the continental USA via UPS Ground delivery.

If you will be shipping via the US Postal Service, shipping to a P.O. Box or shipping outside the continental United States, there may be a shipping charge assessed with your Bonus Beans Store redemption. The amount depends on the weight of the item and the distance the package is traveling from Vancouver, WA.

If you are not making a $50 or greater website cash purchase at the time of Bonus Beans, Bonus Beans Store Credit or Bonus Beans Gift Certificate redemption or if your website cash purchase is less than $50, then a shipping/handling charge will be assessed. The amount of the charge depends on the weight of the item and the distance the package is traveling from Vancouver, WA. We use UPS and postal rate charts as guidelines for shipping charges but can ship via USPS upon request.

If you do have a S/H charge assessed with your order, you may also choose to redeem Bonus Beans toward shipping credits. If you have questions about a specific redemption or order you'd like to place, please email John at countyourbeans@aol.com.

No. Bonus Beans are not redeemable for cash. Bonus Beans are a premium incentive offered by Count Your Beans and officially have no cash value. However most customers will often choose to redeem their Bonus Beans for a Count Your Beans Store Credit or Gift Certificate.

This will vary. Bonus Beans that are earned from website purchases will expire one year from their date of issue. For example, if you were issued 100 Bonus Beans for a website purchase on January 1st, 2008, they would expire on January 1st, 2009.

From time to time, we will offer special Bonus Beans promotions that will have a shorter period of redemption time. This may be as short as 1 day and as long as 1 year. Examples might be sweepstakes, contests, freebies, surveys, referral bonuses, etc.

For most Bonus Beans earned, the answer is YES! If you have earned Bonus Beans through a purchase or through selected promotions, your Bonus Beans are your premium to do with what you would like. Count them, save them, spend them, donate them or give them away to a friend or family member. It's all up to you! If you redeem them for a gift certificate, we will even send the certificate to whomever you'd like, free of charge.

We do have a couple of requirements for transfer. If you are going to transfer your Bonus Beans, you will need to contact us in advance of the transfer via email, mail, phone or fax. You will need to provide the Bonus Beans code or codes you would like to transfer, your first and last name, email address (if applicable) and the first and last name and email address (if applicable) of the person you are transferring your Bonus Beans to. If you or the person you are transferring the code to do not have email, then please provide a phone number where you can be reached. You can transfer multiple codes to multiple people but you can't transfer one code to multiple people.

Upon receipt of this information, we will usually contact you within 1-2 business days (M-F) to verify the completion of the transfer. As we do have security measures in place to protect you and Count Your Beans from fraud, if you share an email address with another user or if we have a question about a particular transfer, we may ask additional questions such as how did you earn your Bonus Beans? We want to make the process of transfer as easy and painless as possible but security is always a concern and your protection is important to us.

Please note that unless indicated during a specific promotion, Bonus Beans earned through Sweepstakes or Surveys or certain special promotions cannot be transferred. We are trying to develop the best possible site for collectors and website visiting friends and by allowing certain kinds of free giveaway Bonus Beans to be transferrable, there is unfortunately a potential for fraud.

Bonus Beans are provided as a premium incentive to reward new and repeat Count Your Beans customers and website visitors. It is your responsibility to keep track of your Bonus Beans codes and the number of Bonus Beans you've earned. In other words, you need to "Count Your Beans" and we hope you'll have fun doing so! Remember, the more you count, the greater potential rewards that you can reap!

Although we do keep your code numbers securely on file for when you choose to redeem them, we are a family-run business and do not have the administrative manpower to provide you with running totals of your Bonus Beans on an ongoing basis. We appreciate your understanding and hope you will think of Bonus Beans as special incentives that are fun to collect and redeem.

Upon request, we will provide you with a complimentary summary of your cumulative beans earned up to 3 times per calendar year. Each request beyond the complimentary three per calendar year is subject to an administrative fee of $10.00 per request or 10% of your unredeemed Bonus Beans, your choice.

Should you misplace your Bonus Beans codes or think they may be stolen, please read below for additional information.

If you have lost a Bonus Beans code or think it may have been stolen, please email or call us with the details. This will allow us the opportunity to void your code(s) and issue you a replacement. Once a code has been voided, it can never be used. We do have security and fraud measures put into place to help protect you and Count Your Beans.

Although we do understand situations arise, it is important that you keep track of your Bonus Beans and keep your Bonus Beans redemption codes in a safe place. We recommend that you treat them as you might a gift certificate from a major department store. As you are responsible for keeping track of the beans you have earned, keeping all your codes in the same place will make for easier administration.

If we need to reissue a code or codes due to loss we will do so for the first incident in a calendar year at no charge to you. If subsequent losses occur within a calendar year, we will review each situation on a case by case basis but an administrative fee of $10.00 or 10% of your undredeemed Bonus Beans may apply.

The Count Your Beans Bonus Beans Customer Loyalty & Reward Program is a premium incentive program developed by the Count Your Beans family to help reward and retain new and repeat customers. Participation in the Bonus Beans Customer Loyalty & Reward program by a customer or website visitor is voluntary. Bonus Beans can be earned through purchases or authorized special promotions and can be redeemed toward merchandise, store credits and other special incentives. Bonus Beans have no official monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Items in our Bonus Beans Store are subject to availability. We will usually only keep items listed in our Bonus Beans Store which we physically have on hand, however as multiple people may try to place redemptions on the same day, there may be a time when an item becomes unavailable. In this case, we will work with you on a one-on-one basis and either offer a raincheck or an alternative item.

This program is a value-added benefit offered by Count Your Beans, however if a customer or website visitor is found to engage in unscrupulous business practices against Count Your Beans, we reserve the right to take legal action and void any Bonus Beans issued to that person or persons.

If applicable, this program is void where prohibited by law. The duration and terms of the program are subject to change at the discretion of Count Your Beans management. Count Your Beans fully reserves the right to change, modify and administrate the program how it chooses, however in doing so, we will strive to keep the best interests of our visitors and customers in mind to the best of our ability.
